Generic Cialis - Insured Savings ... but not always

You can find both generic Cialis and original Cialis on the sites that sell Cialis online. The original Cialis is produced by Lilly ICOS and was introduced on the market in 1998, immediately becoming the main competitor of Viagra by Pfizer.

On the Internet, in online pharmacies, next to brand Cialis you can also see generic Cialis produced in India, where the government allows the Indian pharmaceutical companies to commercialize pharmaceutical products protected by patents worldwide.
This was done for brand Cialis. Its active ingredient was used to compose generic Cialis, creating a product that is almost ten times cheaper.

So between a pill of original Cialis and one of generic Cialis there is a considerable difference in price. Now the question is: why choose original Cialis instead of generic Cialis if they work the same?
The first thing to say is: if you find the original price of Cialis very low, it's not 100% original Cialis. The high price of original or brand Cialis is mainly due to the money spent for research and especially for advertising.
In fact there is no difference between the active ingredient in generic Cialis and original Cialis and we mentioned that both contain the same active ingredient that is Tadalafil The only inconvenience is that some sites are selling Cialis pills produced in China.
It is neither original Cialis nor generic Cialis, it's simply false Cialis. It is a pill of Cialis, which contains no active ingredient, but only a harmless white powder.

If you decide to order generic Cialis online, make sure Cialis is produced in India and not China. Then make sure Cialis is shipped from Europe, otherwise your package with Cialis will be blocked at Customs.

ED Causes and Ways of Treatment

Erectile dysfunction (ED), also called impotence, is characterized by a man’s inability to have an erection hard enough to have sex or to keep an erection long enough to finish having sex.

Erectile dysfunction can be caused by psychological or physical factors.
Psychological factors are the cause approximately 10% of the time. This is commonly due to anxiety, stress, depression, excess fatigue or dissatisfaction with the relationship with the partner.
Physical causes can include any disorder that prevents the nervous system or vascular system from responding appropriately to arousal. That includes injuries to spinal cord, or damage to the nerves in the genital area from diabetes, multiple sclerosis or surgery. Vascular problems can be caused by medications, diabetes, high blood pressure. Hormonal problems, kidney disease, liver disease, excessive alcohol ingestion, and infections can also cause ED.

Treatment of erectile dysfunction is tailored to each individual and depends upon the cause. Psychological causes may be treated with therapy or medication and proper treatment can result in improved sexual function. A six to twelve week course of sex therapy has been useful in such cases as well.
Various medications can be used to improve penile blood flow and allow for an erection. A relatively new class of drugs, called PDE5 inhibitors, create increased blood flow by enhancing the levels of nitric oxide in the blood vessels in the penis. The first drug of this new class, Viagra, has received widespread attention and use. More recently, a new drug in this class, Levitra, was approved which functions using the same mechanism. Both drugs require sexual arousal in order to work.

Viagra should be taken on an empty stomach 30 to 60 minutes prior to the desired time of effect. Levitra can be taken, with or without an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes prior to sex. About 70 to 80% of men who take the drugs experience longer and more rigid erections. Side effects for both drugs include headaches, flushing, indigestion, dizziness, and stuffy or runny nose. Neither drug should be used by patients taking nitrates, such as nitroglycerine, or in patients with recent heart attack or stroke. Neither drug should be taken more than once every 24 hours.

Devices such as vacuum devices or penile implants may also be recommended by your doctor depending upon the specific cause of ED or your medical condition.

Cialis, the most powerful impotence pill on the market

Cialis is one of the top prescribed medications for men suffering from erectile dysfunction. This particular medication is getting terrific reviews from the men that use it. In fact, dont be surprised if this particular product outsells the leader Viagra in the not so distant future. It is a mistake to think all of these types of medications for erectile dysfunction are the same. Cialis has many benefits over Viagra and that is why it is getting plenty of attention.

Cialis was developed in a joint venture between pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly and biotech specialist ICOS.
Cialis is similar to Viagra, in a class of medications known as PDE-5 inhibitors, which help relax the smooth muscles and blood vessels in the penis, resulting in a natural erection.

Cialis is offered in two different forms. A man can discuss with his doctor which one would be the best to take. For those that will be engaging in sexual activity only a couple of times per week a pill that they can take leading up to it is recommended. This type of pill allows them to engage in sexual activity up to 36 hours after they take it. That is quite a window of opportunity so the act can be more spontaneous than when another type of erectile dysfunction mediation is being taken.
For those men that want to be able to have sex more often there is a daily pill. It comes in a very low dose either 2.5 mg or 5 mg. It is taken around the same time every day in order to gain the most benefit. This is a great way for a man to be able to have as normal of a sex life again as possible. It is nothing more difficult than swallowing a pill and then going about your day.
Unlike other oral medications for impotence, Cialis is not affected by alcohol or food.
Most men find that Cialis has fewer side effects than other types of medications for erectile dysfunction. This is good news because those types of side effects can make it very hard to go about your daily tasks.

These are some of the wonderful benefits a man can get when he uses Cialis for erectile dysfunction. Talk to your doctor to find out if Cialis can be the right treatment option for you.

Viagra - One of the Best Known Drugs of All Time

Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) is the first oral prescription pill approved by the FDA to treat male erectile dysfunction.
Viagra is one of the best-known drugs of all time. It causes a man who is sexually stimulated to get an erection.
Sildenafil Citrate, its active ingredient is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. The pill works by blocking a chemical that causes blood to leave the penis. More blood in the penis means an improved erection.
Viagra works for about 4 or 5 hours, but it can also be effective up to 12 hours taking into account individual peculiarities of every person.

Viagra is not just for penile erection. Many people are using Viagra for other purpose as well. This is not surprising as Viagra was created first as a medicine for hypertension (commonly known as high blood pressure and angina pectoris (chest pains because of lack of blood supply due to poor circulation). However, further on in Pfizer's research, it was found out that the drug has no effect on the said conditions but affects the penile erections. At this time, there were no other medicines that worked against male impotence, so it was developed later on as a remedy for erectile dysfunction.

The popularity of Viagra has increased a lot over the past years. This marvelous little blue pill has brought passion and excitement back into people's sex lives. Viagra has proven to be a bestseller with good reason: it's effective for many people. Despite side effects such as headaches and anecdotal reports of possible links to heart attacks, it has helped millions.

The researchers noted the younger the men were who had erection problems, the greater the increase in sexual function and satisfaction was when using Viagra.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

What is erectile dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction is when a man can't get an erection to have sex or can't keep an erection long enough to finish having sex. (also called impotence). Erectile dysfunction can occur at any age, but it is more common in men older than 60 years of age.

How is erectile dysfunction treated?
Measures that help prevent or control conditions that contribute to erectile dysfunction, such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and diabetes, may also help improve erectile dysfunction, although the effect may be small. For example, losing excess weight, exercising, and stopping smoking may help. Some men and their partners may choose not to pursue any treatment for erectile dysfunction. Physical contact without an erection may satisfy their needs for intimacy and fulfillment.
Sometimes, stopping use of a particular drug can improve erections.

Many drugs are used to treat erectile dysfunction. Most drugs that are given to treat erectile dysfunction increase blood flow to the penis. Most of these drugs are given by mouth, but some drugs can be applied locally—by injection or insertion into the penis.

Sildenafil, Vardenafil and Tadalafil are known as phosphodiesterase inhibitors. These are the drugs most frequently used to treat erectile dysfunction. They are effective in about 70 to 85% of men with erectile dysfunction. These drugs are taken by mouth about 1 hour before sexual activity.

Tadalafil is effective for about a day, longer than sildenafil and vardenafil, which are effective for about 4 to 6 hours. The drugs are effective only when the man is sexually aroused. Side effects of phosphodiesterase inhibitors include headache, flushing, stuffy nose, upset stomach, and vision problems. More serious side effects, including dangerously low blood pressure, can occur when phosphodiesterase inhibitors are taken with certain other drugs (such as nitroglycerin or amyl nitrite). Because of this risk, men should not take phosphodiesterase inhibitors if they take nitroglycerin.
